Consumer Query / Complaint: Respected Sir, I have deposited money,Rs.7700/- for purchase of Motorola Handset, in A/C No.3481 (PMC Bank) on dt. 27.04.09 in Sion Branch as instructed by Mr.Sanjay Saini (Mobile No. 9867419374) & Mr.Rafi Patel (email- merchant.xlnc@gmail.com). They sent me message that they have sent handset through courier, INTRA DOOR DELIVERY & LOGISTICS viz docket number MM- 7299635481 on dt.27.04.05 itself. After constant follow up with them, I received communication on dt.01.05.09 from them that I’ll get my cheque back on or before 05.05.09. But, I did not receive my cheque or handset till date.
